Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every formula in the Brown Body Reset system and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please review the options below. Our team is here to help.

1. Subscription Customers — 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are enrolled in a Brown Body Reset subscription, your first order is covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. We offer 60 days because real results take time — and we want you to give your body the full chance to feel the difference before you decide.

As Brown Body Reset is an ingestible supplement, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened products for health and safety reasons. However, if you are unsatisfied with your first order for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery, and we will make it right — no return required.

What is covered:

  • Your first subscription order only
  • Within 60 days of your delivery date
  • A full refund of the purchase price will be issued (excluding any shipping fees)
Note: Subsequent subscription refill orders (2nd order onward) are not eligible for refund. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by logging into your account or contacting us at hello@brownbodyreset.com.

2. One-Time Purchase Customers — 60-Day Policy

If you purchased Brown Body Reset as a one-time order (not a subscription), the following applies within 60 days of your delivery date.

Unopened product:

  • May be returned within 60 days in its original, undamaged packaging for a full refund
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Refund issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item

Opened product:

  • As an ingestible supplement, opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
  • If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 60 days of delivery — we will review your request and do our best to make it right
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via the Contact Form at brownbodyreset.com/contact or by emailing hello@brownbodyreset.com
  2. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for your request
  3. Our team will respond with the next steps
  4. If a physical return is required, we will provide the return shipping address at that time

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include a photo of the damaged item or packaging when you reach out.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

The following are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Subscription refill orders (2nd order onward)
  • Physical returns of opened or used supplement products (health and safety policy)
  • Requests submitted after the 60-day window from the delivery date
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers (please contact the retailer directly)
  • Promotional or gifted items marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
