Why I Built Brown Body Reset
My labs always came back normal. But I was exhausted, gaining weight, and couldn't sleep. Something felt wrong — I just couldn't prove it.
I knew what ran in my family. Diabetes. High cholesterol. Heart disease. My doctor said I was healthy. But I decided to take my health into my own hands — and tried everything. Weight Watchers, Ozempic, high protein, 10,000 steps, every diet that promised results. Nothing worked the way it was supposed to.
But my body isn't mainstream. Brown and Black bodies carry different histories, different stress patterns, and different health risks — and mainstream wellness was never built around that. So I built something that was.
