My Story
I was tired. Not I was out late partying, tired.
Bone-deep, wake-up-already-exhausted, hit-a-wall-at-2pm tired. Brain fog that made simple tasks feel enormous. Afternoon crashes I powered through on sheer stubbornness. The weight didn't move no matter what I tried. Sleep that left me feeling like I hadn't slept at all.
I left my corporate job. I genuinely thought rest would fix it.
(It did not fix it.)
So I did what we do.
I went to the doctors. I had all the labs done. I tried the diets — all of them. Weight Watchers. High Protein, Carb Cutting. Every wellness programme the internet had to offer.
Every test came back normal.
Every doctor said I was fine.
On paper, nothing was wrong with me.
But I knew my body. And my body was not fine.
